During my time with Kelly Education, I fulfilled short-term and long-term substitute teaching requirements for all subjects k-12, which required the quick creation of lesson plans and fluid daily schedules. I adopted temporary and long-term leadership positions during each day when school needs arose.

 I was a dynamic assistant manager with experience in overseeing daily storefront operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Through this job, I gained skills in backend inventory management, including updating and maintaining product listings on the website, while supporting sales goals and team coordination.

 As my first leadership position, this was where I learned to foster a positive and productive store atmosphere and enhance customer loyalty.  I learned to act as a liaison between associates and management, offering solutions to enhance team performance, store operations, and sales goals. I would frequently teach different sales strategies to associates, ensuring each sales goal was met.
